Flow assurance & CCS systems
More than 20 years in flow assurance, including CO₂ transport and injection system design. She has supported concept selection, FEED and offshore operations for North Sea CCS and international energy projects.
Improved & enhanced recovery
A former Shell subject matter expert in waterflooding and chemical EOR with 35+ years of experience. His work includes the Champion polymer trial and waterflood development in Brunei.
Geomechanics & CCS integrity
A geomechanics specialist with 39 years in CO₂ storage containment, reservoir and completion integrity, and coupled geomechanics. He was an SPE Distinguished Lecturer for 2024–25 on managing CCS geomechanical risk.

An energy executive with 35+ years at Shell, BP and Exxon, including senior offshore asset leadership in Brunei. His focus includes operational excellence, integrated planning and organisational transformation.

A production technology leader with 30+ years in completions, integrated asset modelling and WRFM. His experience includes major Tullow developments and digital oilfield and production optimisation work.
Exploration due diligence
More than 40 years in regional play assessment, seismic interpretation and basin-scale thermal modelling. His experience spans new ventures and mature basins, including Brunei, and extends to geothermal and natural hydrogen.
Structural geology & exploration
A geoscientist with 40+ years in exploration and production, including discoveries in the North Sea, Venezuela and North America. He integrates geology, geophysics, geochemistry and engineering in complex structural settings.
Petrophysics & reservoir characterisation
A petrophysicist with 25+ years in reservoir characterisation and integrated subsurface studies. He has led field development and portfolio work, including Kelidang deepwater gas and global Petronas studies.
